    No. Everybody knows it's not the franchise that sells or lists houses but the actual agent and his or her work ethic. The downside of working with a large franchise is that you will be charged franchise fees and other mandatory fees that Grand Avenue does not charge.     Our commission structure is so competitive, we don't provide a daily office for you. All of our agents work from either their homes or personal offices. Although you can visit our office anytime for any kind of broker help or support or if you needed to meet a client for a meeting office is available.

    Yes, you can do loan transactions as long as you carry the appropriate licensing to do so. We require that you use a company approved contract processor to process all your transactions for compliance reasons. If you have your own contract processor it's possible to get them approved with us but they must carry the appropriate licensing to a contract processor.
